My goal as your photographer is to make the experience simple, personal, and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final gallery delivery, I am here to guide you every step of the way. Whether it's an intimate celebration or a multi-day wedding event, I tailor my approach to ensure no detail is missed.
On your wedding day, your focus should be on celebrating with your loved ones while I seamlessly capture every heartfelt moment, big or small. With a balance of candid and composed shots, I aim to document the emotion, energy, and essence of your celebration. After your wedding, I meticulously curate and edit your photos, delivering a collection that tells the full story of your day. Learn more about my process below.
01. Inquire
Look through my website to get a feel for my shooting and editing style. If you like what you see, please send an inquiry with details about your wedding events. I’ll check my availability and respond with more information. We will then schedule a phone call where you can ask any questions you might have.
02. Contract
If we’re the right fit for each other and you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over the contract and retainer information. Your dates will be locked in and I’ll officially be your wedding photographer! We'll be in touch to discuss your vision, wedding timeline, vendor recommendations, and more!
03. Questionnaire
As your big day approaches, I’ll send you a questionnaire so you can share all of the details to help me prepare to capture your wedding events. I’ll help you make sure your wedding photographs beautifully and guide you with anything you need help with. If you have a wedding coordinator, I'll be in touch with them as well!
04. Let's Meet
Grab a cup of chai, take a deep breath between all of the planning, and come chat with me! After you submit the questionnaire, I'll schedule a video call with you. We'll go through the questionnaire answers, timeline, tips to make your wedding go smoothly, and answer any questions we both may have. The questionnaire and video call are essential tools that allow me to meticulously prepare for capturing every precious moment of your wedding events!
05. Previews & Delivery
I know you’ll be eager to see your photos as soon as possible (and I'll be eager to deliver them!), so I’ll share a few preview photos within 2 weeks of your wedding day. I’ll have your full gallery sent to you within 10 weeks through a password-protected online gallery.
06. Cherish the Memories
Whether you enjoy your photos through your phone, laptop, printed album, or in picture frames, cherish your special moments for years to come. Many of my clients and I have become good friends over time. Be sure to keep in touch and reach out for future events and portrait sessions!
